Vice President (or Director) of Customer Acquisition

As our Vice President or Director (title depends on qualifications) of Customer Acquisition, you will have a proven track record of driving ROI focused growth via all Internet channels.  You are never satisfied something is working well enough; rather you are constantly testing and measuring towards higher highs.  If segmentation, direct response, measurement to the third decimal, and being a world-class leader are your idea of a great day, we may have a home for you.

What you’ll do:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will shift and grow but to start with, you will:

  • Own responsibility for daily operations of digital marketing programs, including managing new or existing campaigns that grow the business while meeting a profitable ROI
  • Manage the digital marketing team in a way that they know what success looks like and how they will be measured
  • Conduct tests of new channels, targeting features, and capabilities to continually evolve and optimize paid media efforts
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to drive decisions on new experiments as well as optimizations for current programs
  • Build forecasts, manage budgets, spend and vendor communication to maximize ROI while staying on budget
  • Keep current on industry and competitor trends & developments

What you’ve done:

You have a unique combination of skills, talents, and mindset, including:

  • Quantitative and digitally savvy
  • A highly organized, self-starter who displays exceptional follow-through and initiative
  • Through-the-roof written and verbal communicator who exudes confidence speaking/presenting in professional settings
  • A demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Skill in Google Analytics, Adwords, Programmatic Display, and A/B Testing
